*Retailers will be provided tracking numbers for all orders placed thru their website daily
*Retailers will provide customer support and Jane Carroll Inc will guarantee freshness of all its products for 7 day
*Jane Carroll Inc. will work with retailer to resolve any customer complaints or issues.
*Jane Carroll Inc. will provide replacement product for any item/items damaged in shipping
*Jane Carroll products will be displayed in appropriate categories and placed on appropriate pages throughout retail site
*Jane Carroll Inc. shall receive payment of all items sold on the 15th and the last day of each month excluding a 20% commission paid to retailer.
