Congers, NY December 8, 2006 – Jane Carroll Inc. has been selected as a finalist for the Forbes Enterprise Awards, having been recognized with distinction for ideas and innovation in business. The Forbes Enterprise Awards are sponsored by Verizon, and are among the most esteemed and sought-after small business awards recognizing professional effort and accomplishment. Jane Carroll Inc. was selected after a rigorous judging process that considered thousands of entries within 25 categories and evaluated through an objective judging process in the areas of marketing, customer service, employee relations, community service, and new product offerings.
Winners will be announced on or about January 5, 2007 and will be posted online at www.forbesawards.com. The Forbes Enterprise Awards will be given out at a luncheon at Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Allen Hall on Monday, February 5, 2007. Finalists and winners will be invited to celebrate their success at an exclusive, televised ceremony at Lincoln Center, and winners will have their name published in a special section of Forbes magazine.

The Forbes Enterprise Awards Judging Committee will be chaired by Judith H. Dobrzynski who has vast experience as a reporter and senior editor at the New York Times and Business Week, Managing Editor at CNBC, and as an adjunct professor at the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. Ms Dobrzynski has assembled a highly qualified panel of objective judges. “Our judges will be looking for the unique or exceptional aspects of your enterprise, the quality of customer service, the involvement in community, employee relations and other qualitative factors that are important to your success.”
